The Exeter Clubhouse, located at 350 Plaza Street NE, Leesburg, VA 20176, serves as a primary meeting place for the Board of Directors and events hosted by the Homeowners Association. The Clubhouse is also available for residents and

non-residents to rent for private parties, meetings, classes, and other events.

 

The maximum capacity of the Clubhouse is 92. Rental includes a kitchen area with sink, refrigerator, and microwave, bathrooms, trash service, and the use of the patio area. There are 6 large collapsible tables and 50 chairs. The surrounding grounds and the adjacent playground may be used so long as their use does not impede use by residents.

Rates are as follows:

 

• Residents - $25 per hour with a $250 deposit

• Non-residents - $40 per hour with a $350 deposit.

• Administrative fee for all rentals - $25 per rental. ​
