About Us
The Exeter Community consists of 430 townhouses and 399 single-family homes on 215 acres of former farmland on the outskirts of historic Leesburg, Virginia. Amenities available for all residents include a private swimming pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a multi-purpose court, and multiple playgrounds in the rapidly growing heart of Loudoun County.
The community Homeowner’s Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three at-large members. Board members serve three-year terms, and elections are held during the Association Annual Meeting held each year in May. The day-to-day management of Association affairs is undertaken by Sentry Management, who have an office in downtown Leesburg.
We strive to keep everything in great shape, which is why we feature over six standing committees and a dedicated Board of Directors.
