Exeter Homeowners Association consists of 399 single-family homes and 430 townhouses, on 215 acres of historic Leesburg, Virginia. We boast a private swimming pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a multi-purpose court, and multiple playgrounds in the rapidly growing heart of Loudoun County.
Exeter is a world-class community filled with a truly diverse collection of people from all over with a host of skills and talents, that come together to make this a place worth loving.
We strive to keep everything in great shape, which is why we feature over six standing committees and a dedicated Board of Directors.
